These terms apply to the use of the Squash-Legends app (phone and smartwatch). Provider:

2. Services
Scoring singles, the rules section, taking part in the community (friends, joining groups, confirming results) and milestones are free. Further features (including doubles, King of the Court, tournaments, drills and ghosting, training statistics, match report and scoresheet, match history, smartwatch app, community statistics, your own groups) require Premium. The community requires a free account. We may further develop the app; we do not guarantee that it is available at all times or free of errors.
3. Premium, subscriptions and one-time purchase
Premium is purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store; the prices shown there apply. Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. The one-time purchase unlocks Premium permanently for your store account. Refunds and your statutory right of withdrawal are handled by the respective store under its terms.
4. Community rules
Please enter only results that were actually played, and choose an alias and official name that do not insult anyone or infringe anyone’s rights. Do not invite people who do not want to be invited. We may delete content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules. You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy).
5. Sport, health and safety
Squash is physically demanding. Training and playing are at your own risk. If you have health concerns, consult a doctor first. Wear protective eyewear, warm up, and follow the safety notes in the drills (nobody waits behind the door). Stop immediately in case of pain or dizziness.
6. Rules, scoresheets and timers
The rules section is a simplified summary of the World Squash rules; the official rules and the decisions of the referee or your federation always take precedence. Scoresheets and timers are aids; check them before submitting them officially.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health that result from a negligent or intentional breach of duty on our part. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Data stored locally on your device (e.g. history) is your responsibility; please keep backups if necessary.
8. Changes and final provisions
We may amend these terms for valid reasons (e.g. new features or legal changes); we will inform you in the app. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
